Relaxation and Meditation
Guided relaxation is a relaxation technique that uses a therapist’s voice to guide the listener through a series of steps to help them relax. It may include a variety of techniques, such as deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and visualization, to help the listener achieve a state of deep relaxation.
Checking in with your body with a body scan periodically throughout the day can be helpful in managing pain. This quick practice is a helpful tool.
